Your designs are sent via automatic download link as soon as payment has been verified by Paypal. Sometimes Paypal can take a minute or two to update this site of payment, if you are returned to this site once a payment has been made and cannot see the download link please refresh your screen. Instructions are also located on the page you are returned to once your payment has been made.
If you have any problems with downloading your designs please contact us. What formats do I currently offer?I currently offer Hus, Jef, Pes. You select your machine format when adding your design to the shopping cart. Please note: not all designs can be offered in all formats, this is due to restrictions of the machine format such as stitch count, colour changes etc.
How do I use your designs?You will need to have a machine that can do embroidery, and also a means of transferring the designs from your computer to your machine ( e.g. amazing box, card reader etc). It is up to the purchaser to know how to do this as I do not provide support in transferring to your machine.
How are your designs created?I manually punch all my designs, there are no designs that are auto digitized. I spend a lot of time ensuring you get a quality design that will stitch out perfectly every time. This includes designs being tested in at least two formats by independent testers.
