I own all embroidery designs however we do purchase my graphics from various artists. I spend a lot of money ensuring that all graphics that are used are appropriately licensed from the artist. Please beware of other sellers who are selling designs that they do not hold the correct licensing agreements with the artist. They are committing copyright fraud and so are the people who purchase their designs, if you are in doubt email the seller and ask them if they are licensed to sell their product.
Can I use your designs on items I sell?
Yes you can use the designs that you purchase from me for handmade items only as long as they are not mass produced (e.g. more than 200 items). You may not share, sell, trade or include any designs purchased this includes to friends, family, forums and is extended to being included in other design packages. Only you have the license to use these designs to use for any other purpose other than set out in my terms is a copyright infringement and is illegal.
